In PCIB 102 – Professional Skills, students strengthen career skills, learn decision making strategies, practice professional communication, and collaborate with others to solve problems.
In PCI 103 – University Skills, students discover and strengthen the skills they need for continued success throughout a university degree program.

Team Graders apply their skill and subject matter expertise in assessing student work by properly utilizing program-developed rubrics and feedback templates and diligently following outlined policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent grading, actionable feedback, and timely turnaround times.
Team instructors do not develop lessons or assessments, nor do they issue grades on student work (grading is handled by a centrally-managed pool of qualified Team Graders). Their main focus is on the academic success of every student in their care.
