DM(PC) 105 Tutor
A tutor is a mentor, a guide, and a friend who helps students achieve their academic goals and personal growth. A tutor’s role is to provide individualized instruction, feedback, and support to students who need extra help or want to improve their skills. The responsibilities of tutors are as follows:
- Facilitate regularly scheduled drop-in tutoring sessions
- Facilitate 1:on:1 tutoring sessions
- Moderate discussion threads, answer questions and share learning assets
- Complete administrative tasks such as filling out weekly surveys, maintaining a calendar, reviewing weekly training material, attending team meetings, etc.)
- Study in preparation for tutoring sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
Tutors for DM(PC) 105 help students gain a high-level understanding of key digital marketing principles, strategies, and platforms as well as help them learn how the principles of digital marketing can be used to enhance the customer journey.

CONTRACTING DETAILS
Compensation
Tutors will be paid a flat rate of 12,500 pesos per block, plus 100 pesos for every 30 minute 1:on:1 tutoring session held. Zoom recordings must be submitted to support the compensation received for the 1:on:1 sessions.
Working Hours
The schedule is flexible, but you should be available every day (Monday through Friday) with at least half of your hours being between Noon and 8pm Philippine time.
Time Commitment
A tutor will typically work around 15 hours each week. The majority of that time should be focused on drop-in and 1:on:1 tutoring sessions and being actively involved in discussions threads to answer questions and share learning assets. Additional time will be spent on administrative tasks.
Systems and Resources
You will be provided access to systems and resources that will make it possible for you to grade efficiently and effectively while still being able to provide quality feedback to students.
Conflicts of Interest
Individuals who are currently employed by any entity of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who are retired from Church employment, employed as a peer mentor or are serving as Pathway Missionaries are not eligible.
Location
As an independently contracted online tutor, you will be home based and can work from wherever is most convenient for you, however you must reside in the Philippines.

Candidates apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below, filling out the form, and submitting an updated resume. Your application information will be screened by experienced trainers to confirm you meet the online grader eligibility requirements.
Skills Assessment
If your information meets all of the eligibility requirements, you will be sent an invitation to complete a skills assessment. Passing this assessment is required to be considered for position placement.
Position Placement
If you qualify, your assessment is retained for future consideration as contracting needs arise. If contracted, you will receive an intent to contract email with an assignment for a specific course to grade.
